Focused support

What is an EMDR Intensive?

An EMDR Intensive is an extended, focused therapy format for clinically appropriate clients who are ready for dedicated trauma-processing work. With the EMDR Intensives, you no longer have to endure endless cycles of feeling stuck. You can experience profound relief and transformation in a short span of 1-3 days. Instead of remaining mired in chronic survival mode, you can emerge with renewed energy, peace, and joy: the very qualities you thought lost to the routine of your life. It is not a guaranteed quick fix, a replacement for clinical screening, or the right fit for every client.

Rather than dividing complex material across weekly sessions, an intensive sets aside concentrated time for preparation, EMDR and somatic processing, restorative breaks, and planned integration, while attending carefully to your capacity and safety. Loren's method not only clears trauma but restores identity, giving you the gift of reconnecting with who you truly are.

Private-pay intensive packages

Choose the level of support that fits your needs.

Full-Day Intensive · $1,350

A focused option for clients who want to work on a clearly defined concern, target, or next step within a single day of dedicated support.

Two-Day Intensive · $2,400

A deeper format for clients who have more than one connected target or who may benefit from time to process, rest, and return the next day.

Three-Day Intensive · $3,500

The most spacious option for clinically appropriate clients with layered experiences who want more time for focused work and paced integration.

What the days look like

Each intensive day typically runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time, with 30–45 minute somatic breaks and a one-hour lunch break. The Full-Day package includes five hours of direct processing; the Two-Day package includes ten hours across two days; and the Three-Day package includes fifteen hours across three days.

Every package includes a 90-minute pre-intensive interview, typically held about one week beforehand; a custom digital workbook; focused EMDR and somatic-processing work; restorative breaks; and a post-intensive integration call generally scheduled one to two weeks later.

Private-pay care with clear ways to plan.

EMDR Intensives are private pay and are not presented as an insurance-covered service. Pay in full at booking to receive a 3% discount, or reserve your dates with 50% at booking, 25% at your pre-intensive interview, and the final 25% on Day 1 before processing begins.

Advanced Care Credit

Payment plans or financing may be available through Advanced Care Credit, including a 0% interest promotional period for up to 15 months for approved applicants. Approval is not guaranteed.

Clinical readiness

May be a fit if…

You have previous therapy experience and some established coping or grounding skills.
You have sufficient stability for focused processing and can attend the preparation, intensive, and integration sessions.
For telehealth, you can maintain privacy, reliable Wi-Fi, and a supportive environment during your sessions.
You have a plan for support and continued care after the intensive.

When an intensive may not be the right fit

Sometimes the most supportive next step is ongoing therapy, additional stabilization, or a different level of care before focused trauma processing. The consultation is used to assess fit thoughtfully, and a different recommendation may be made when that better supports your needs.
