Getting started
Planning for care
BCBS and Cigna are in network for clients in South Carolina. Lyra is in network in South Carolina, Delaware, and Florida. Coverage and responsibility vary by plan, so please confirm benefits directly with your insurer.
Individual sessions are $135. Initial intake appointments are $150.
Clients who are not using insurance, or who are not seeking reimbursement through insurance, have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Please ask for one before services begin or whenever you would like help understanding anticipated costs.
EMDR Intensives are private pay and are not presented as insurance-covered services. A 3% discount is available for payment in full at booking. A payment schedule is also available: 50% at booking, 25% at the pre-intensive interview, and 25% on Day 1 before processing.
Clear expectations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide notice as early as possible. Your intake paperwork explains the current cancellation policy, including any applicable fee, and gives you a clear place to ask questions before services begin.
Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. If you arrive late, the session may need to end at its scheduled time so the next client’s care is not interrupted. The current grace-period and late-arrival details are reviewed in your intake paperwork.
For telehealth, clients must be physically located in South Carolina, Delaware, or Florida at the time of their session. Choose a private setting with reliable Wi-Fi and as few interruptions as possible; a current contact number and location are requested at the start of telehealth visits for safety.
Use the consultation schedule to ask about availability, payment, or which service may be most appropriate.
